"I first met Jonathan Coles 12 years ago. I moved into an apartment block which was managed by a company that he joined as a young recruit. I was a Director of our Residents Association four 8 years and during that time I was able to see Jonathan grow and flourish. He became an assured, pragmatic manager of our building. He handled complex situations that arose in the building as well dealing with problems caused by demanding residents. He was always polite, honest and action oriented.
I’m not surprised that he now runs his own Management Company, Flaxfields, along with his wife Sarah who efficiently deals with the accounts. They are a successful team who run my building with great success. I’m about to move from my present apartment and I thank them for all their help whilst being a resident and during my move."
